In Handaraku village, Orma men patrol the outskirks in shifts, fearful of possible Pokomo attacks. More than 3,000 Orma are now living in Handaraku, many displaced from recent attacks in nearby villages. In the run up to Kenya's Match 4 elections, many worry that the recent ethnic clashes in Tana Delta area could be a warning of violence to come.
