Greenhouse Project, North Eastern Province Girls Secondary School, Garissa, North Eastern Kenya. Program of the Kenyan Red Cross. Creates greenhouses to provide nutritious fruits and vegetables for students, teach them how to grow, and eventually sell produce to earn a small income for the school. Currently growing tomatoes, capsicum, sweet melon and maize. Pictured above, Aineah Kuseche (Gardener/ Technician for school)
