Kapir Atiira Village, Uganda. 2011

Kapir Atiira Village, Central Uganda, was overrun and destroyed by the Lord's Resistance Army in the late 1990's, forcing it's 2,000+ residents to flee into refugee camps. Now, the village is being rebuilt- with the help of an interactive iPhone application called Raise The Village, from U.S. based social enterprise New Charity Era.
